TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A 50% DOWNPAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL CUSTOM FABRICATED STONE AT THE TIME OF MEASURE OR SIGNING AGREEMENT AND BALANCE IS PAID ON INSTALLATION DAY BY CHECK OR CASH ONLY. CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO DELAY OR WITHOLD FINAL PAYMENT UPON THE MATERIAL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
• CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTING THE MATERIALS USED IN THE PROJECT (I.E. GRANITE, MARBLE, ENGINEERING STONES, ETC.) CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT STONE IS A PRODUCT OF NATURE, AND THAT COLOR, MARKING, AND TEXTURE WILL VARY WITHIN THE SAME STONE AND FINISH. CUSTOMER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT AMERICAN MARBLE & GRANITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND THAT CUSTOMER WILL NOT WITHOLD PAYMENT, BASED ON NATURAL VARIATIONS IN STONES.
• American Marble Granite warrants that work will be completed in a good Workmanlike manner, and further guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year following installation (excluding any damage done by Customer or other individuals, or any other acts outside of American Marble Granite’s control.).We also have 3 months warranty for dishwasher attachment.

• American Marble Granite is an independent contractor, not the Customer’s employee. Customer and AMG agrees that American Marble Granite Inc. has the sole right to control and direct the means, manner and method by which the services required by this Agreement will be performed.  This includes, but is not limited to, installing the most appropriate overhang on cabinets and sinks, unless Customer specifies otherwise in the attached invoice.

• If plumbing is included, the plumber as a subcontractor of American Marble and Granite will come and do the plumbing job at the same day of installation and American Marble and Granite guarantees its workmanship for a period of 3 month following installation day. But, it doesn’t give any right to customer to hold check after installation of countertops.

• CUSTOMER MUST BE PRESENT ON THE INSTALLATION DATE. OUR INSTALLERS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT AN APPROVAL `` CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LETTER’’ TO COSTUMER AND OBTAIN A SIGNATURE.

• DEPENDING ON THE LAY OUT, STONE TYPE, STONE SIZE AND LIGHTENING THE LOCATION OF THE SEAM WILL BE DETERMINED BY AMERICAN MARBLE AND GRANITE, INC.

• OVERHANGS CAN NOT BE MORE THAN 11`` UNLESS ADDITIONALLY SUPPORTED BY GENERAL CONTRACTOR STANDARD OVERHANG FOR A 24`` BASE CABINET IS BETWEEN 1`` AND 1 ½ DEPENDING ON THE FIELD CONDITIONS. IF ANY WOOD OR METAL SUPPORT IS SUPPPOSED TO PUT THERE IS GOING TO BE CHARGE FOR THAT.
• IF THE SINK IS NOT PROVIDED BY AMERICAN MARBLE AND GRANITE, INC. BEFORE WE START FABRICATING STONE, SINK SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO AMERICAN MARBLE AND GRANITE, INC BY CUSTOMER.IF YOU HAVE UNDERMOUNT SINK WE MUST HAVE YOUR SINK AND/OR TEMPLATE BY THE TIME OF THE MEASUREMENT SO THAT WE CAN CORRECTLY MAKE RIGHT CUT-OUTS DURING FABRICATION. BEFORE PURCHASING THE SINK ASK FOR DIMENSIONAL APPROVAL.
• IF YOU HAVE DROP-IN SINK CUT-OUT AND/OR COOKTOP CUT-OUT, CUT-OUTS ARE EXECUTED AT THE JOB SIDE. HAVE YOUR SINK AND COOK-TOP ON HAND.
• PLEASE PROVIDE THE FAUCET AND SOAP DISPENSER AND DETERMINE WHERE THE HOLES ARE GOING TO BE DRILLED.
• WE WAX EDGES AND SEAL YOUR COUNTERTOPS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE PLANT AFTER FABRICATION. AFTER INSTALLATION, THE INSTALLERS WILL APPLY ONE MORE COAT OF SEALANT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT STONE CARE, PLEASE CHECK OUR WEBSITE AND GET ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION.
• REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF OLD COUNTERTOPS AND PLUMBING SERVICE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR QUATATION. BASED ON THE REQUEST, WE DO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES.
